The reopening after the confinement period represents a new phase in everyone's life and, of course, of Casa Amora. During that period, the Casa Amora Team studied all the decisions of the Government and the DGS (General Directorate of Health), we followed webinars on communication, content, service and, of course, safety and hygiene. The goal is to welcome you back with a smile and with the confidence of being able to welcome you back safely.
Thus, our Cleaning and Hygiene Protocol has been updated incorporating the guidelines given by DGS as well as the use of technologies that will contribute to the efficiency of the cleaning process of the entire space. We reviewed our Customer Service Manual and invested in a new program to simplify and adapt check-in and check-out to the need for social distance without losing, of course, the personalized service that characterizes the Casa Amora Team. Finally, Casa Amora's Contingency Plan incorporates DGS guidelines regarding the internal protocol to be followed in case of suspected contagion. We will be with you at all times.
All the actions we took regarding the safety and health of our team and their presence allowed us to obtain the “Safe & Clean” seal from the Portuguese tourism authority (Turismo de Portugal) that we are proud to post on our website.
